About

I am a research strategist specializing in AI governance and emerging-technology regulatory strategy. My work focuses on translating evolving regulatory frameworks (including the EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework) into practical governance structures and operational policy for organizations navigating AI adoption.I have developed regulatory analyses, institutional governance frameworks, and AI risk strategies across nonprofit, academic, and startup environments. My work bridges policy, technical development, and executive decision-making ensuring that compliance, risk mitigation, and innovation move in alignment rather than conflict. With a background in transnational security and global technology governance, I approach AI not only as a technical system, but as a regulatory and geopolitical one. I am particularly interested in high-impact governance initiatives where regulatory strategy meaningfully shapes real-world technical and operational outcomes.
